    Booking & Payment Policy:
 A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid  upon an arrival.

 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon arrival (if agreed in advance).
 Prices are per person and based on double/twin occupancy (single supplement applies).

  Cancellation & Refund Policy:
 Cancellations made 7 days before arrival – Full refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival – 50% refund.
 Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival – No refund.
 No-shows or early departures – No refund.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation.

  Visa & Entry Policy:

 Travelers are responsible for obtaining a valid Azerbaijan visa.
Visa fees are not included in the package price.
 Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
 If you need visa assistance, our team can provide support & guidance.

• Check visa requirements based on your nationality. E-visas are available for many countries and can be obtained online at Azerbaijan e-Visa Portal.

  Health & Safety Policy:

 Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package.
 Guests are responsible for personal health & safety during tours.
 Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed before travel.
