It’s best to book your trip as early as possible, especially if you’re traveling during peak seasons like spring (April–June) or autumn (September–November). This ensures better availability for hotels, guides, and unique experiences.  

If you have specific dates in mind, booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance is ideal. However, if you're looking for last-minute options, we can still try to arrange something based on availability. Let us know if you need help with planning! 

At Spiritual Travel Azerbaijan, we believe in making your travel experience as seamless and flexible as possible. For your convenience, we do not require any prepayment for bookings. You can settle the payment upon arrival or at the start of your tour.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash in local currency. Should you prefer a specific method, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

As Spiritual Travel Azerbaijan, we understand that your journey may bring special items and personal belongings with you. You are welcome to bring extra luggage, but we kindly ask that you inform us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs, especially for group tours or shared transport.

For your convenience, we will assist you in making arrangements for any additional luggage, whether it’s a larger bag or special items such as spiritual tools or delicate belongings. Our aim is to make your travel as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on your spiritual experience.

We aim to make your journey as comfortable as possible. For most tours, we typically allow one standard piece of luggage per person, as well as a small carry-on or bag for personal items.

4. Flight Details – If applicable, share your flight information with us for seamless transfer arrangements.
5. Accommodation Confirmation – If you’ve booked accommodation separately, please have a copy of your booking confirmation.

For international flights from Azerbaijan, there is typically a departure tax included in the cost of your airline ticket. This means you usually don’t need to pay it separately at the airport. However, some countries may charge additional taxes or fees for certain types of flights.

It’s always a good idea to double-check with your airline or travel agent to confirm the specifics of your flight, just to be sure.
